Registration

Please go to reception for register, 08:30~ @ 1st floor in the Lecture Building 

Poster Boards

• Each poster presentation is allotted poster board (900mm width x 1200mm height). 

• Your poster number will be indicated in the Program, Abstract Book and on the board on-site.

• The width of the poster board (900 mm) should not be exceeded under any circumstances. 

• Push-pins will be provided.

• The content of the poster should be clearly legible from a distance of 1 meter.

Mounting and Removing Posters

Poster Mounting

• Please put your poster on the poster board by 12:00

• Your poster number will be indicated in the Program,  Abstract e-Book and on the board on-site

• Push-pins will be provided

Poster Removing

• In order to decide Poster award, please DO NOT remove until 16:30

• Please remove your poster after 16:30

• After 17:00, will be removed and disposed by the Secretariat
